Creating an account, signing in, sending a request, accepting a quote, or using the Tucson Appliance app means you accept these Terms. You do not need to check a box. If you do not agree, do not create an account and do not use the service.

1. Who we are
These terms are a contract between you and Tucson Appliance Repair, operated by Vitalii Huk, serving Tucson, Arizona and nearby Pima County. The app is a way to request a visit, send photos, chat, receive a quote, and pay. Repair work is done in person. We are an independent local shop, not the manufacturer and not an insurer of your appliance.
2. No claims — you release us
Appliance repair has inherent risk. Parts fail, leaks happen, hidden damage is common, and a unit may not be repairable. To the fullest extent allowed by Arizona law, you release Tucson Appliance Repair, Vitalii Huk, and anyone working for the shop from all claims, complaints, demands, and lawsuits for anything that happens before, during, or after a visit, diagnosis, or repair, including:
- further damage to the appliance or nearby property;
- leaks, water, gas, or electrical issues;
- a repair that does not last, a second fault, or a unit that cannot be fixed;
- spoiled food, medicine, or other contents of a refrigerator or freezer;
- lost use of the appliance, lost wages, hotel costs, or other follow-on costs;
- delays, parts that are unavailable, or a cancelled job;
- marks, scratches, or movement of the unit needed to reach it.
You agree not to sue us for those matters. You accept the work as-is after it is finished, except for any warranty that is written on your quote or invoice. If nothing is written, there is no warranty.
Usted libera al taller de reclamaciones por daños, fugas, comida echada a perder u otros problemas durante o después de la reparación, en la medida que permita la ley de Arizona. No demandará por esos asuntos.
3. Quotes and payment
A quote is an estimate from photos and what we can see, not a promise the unit can be repaired. Extra parts or labor need your approval unless needed to leave the unit safe. You pay the accepted quote or invoice. Unpaid invoices may go to collections.
4. Your property and access
You must be 18 or older. You must give safe access, parking, working utilities, and a person 18 or older at the property. You are responsible for flooring, cabinets, pets, children, alarms, and items around the unit. If we cannot work safely, we may leave and still charge an accepted trip or diagnostic fee.
5. Limit of liability
If a court does not enforce the release above, our total liability for a job is limited to the amount you actually paid us for that job. Arizona law may not allow us to limit liability for our own willful misconduct. That is the only exception. Everything else in these Terms still applies.
6. Arizona law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute must be brought in the state or federal courts in Pima County, Arizona. If a court finds one part unenforceable, the rest still applies.
