Tucson Appliance Repair (“we”) operates the Tucson Appliance iOS app for appliance repair requests in Tucson, Arizona and nearby Pima County. This policy explains what we collect and why.
Information we collect
- Account details: name, email, phone number, and password (stored by Firebase Authentication).
- Home or job address, gate code, and optional GPS used only to fill a repair request.
- Photos of the appliance and access notes that you attach.
- Messages, quotes, invoices, and payment status for your jobs.
- A push-notification token so we can tell you when a quote or invoice is ready.
How we use it
We use this information only to create your account, complete the repair, send quotes and invoices, and contact you about the job. We do not sell personal data. We do not use your data for advertising or tracking across other apps.
Who can see it
You see your own requests. Assigned shop staff see the jobs they take. Payment processing, if enabled, is handled by Stripe. Hosting and authentication use Google Firebase.
Retention and your choices
You can update your phone and home address in the Account tab. You can delete the account in the app: Account → Delete account. That removes your login and personal details and cancels open requests. To ask us to remove leftover photos, email hello@tucsonappliancerepair.com. We may keep a redacted job record if needed for tax or legal duties.
Children
The app is for adults requesting home appliance repair. It is not directed at children under 13.
