Create an account
Open the app, tap Create account, and enter your name, email, phone, and a password with at least 8 characters, one letter, and one number. Leave the shop code empty unless you work for the shop. We send a verification link to your email.
Reset your password
On Sign in, tap Forgot password and enter the same email. If an account exists, Firebase emails a one-time reset link. Check spam. The link expires after you use it.
Request a repair
Use a Tucson-area ZIP (most 857xx, plus nearby Pima County). Add photos of the appliance. We reply in the app with a quote.
